This passage has always encouraged me in my walk with the Lord. “His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness” (2 Peter 1:3). Before coming to Christ, we had an emptiness inside of us. The reason is that we didn’t have life itself. But now through faith in Jesus Christ we have everything we need to live the abundant life to the full. All this is the result of God’s grace through Jesus Christ.
