Yesterday we share a verse out of Hebrews 7:25 and this is a “therefore” statement. It’s a conclusion of comparing the Levitical priesthood to the permanent priesthood of Jesus Christ. The Levites were never able to sit down because their work was never completed. But Jesus finished his work once and for all. In salvation we receive eternal life – Jesus’ life.
