How do we discern truth and error? We are gullible people and have a tendency to believe those who have slick messages and skilled manipulation. Don’t be swayed by these messages. Go into the Word of God to see if what you hear aligns with God’s word. 1 John 4 cautions us to not believe every message but to test the message you hear to see if it is from God. God brings a pure, simple, profound message. Don’t be deceived by a false message but rely on the Word of God to reveal truth to you.
