How do we enter God’s rest? It’s an important topic to embrace. Everything good and powerful in the Christian life begins from a place of rest. Even creation comes from a place of rest. Adam and Eve were created on the 6th day and on the seventh day entered into rest with God. “For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins.” 1 Peter 1:8-9
