When Christ Came Into This World

This week we’ll look at several Scriptures that we don’t often associate with the Christmas story. In Hebrews we read: “Consequently, when Christ came into the world, …” Hebrews 10:5-10 God prepared a body for Christ with a purpose. “And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” * Help meet the year end needs of Basic Gospel. https://basicgospel.net/give * What does it mean “not to miss the grace of God”?
* What do you say to someone who says, “the Bible has never moved me”?
* In Revelation 22:16 Jesus tells John that He is the root and the offspring of David. Is this referring to the genealogy of Jesus? If it is, how was he manifested as the root of David?

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
