Maturing Faith

We are different from the world in that we are alive in Christ Jesus. What we’re talking about is living out the Christian life. Three things that God commands us to do: 1. Welcome fellow believers. “Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.” Romans 15:7 2. Forgive one another. “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.” Ephesians 4:32 3. Love others as Christ has loved us. “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” John 15:12 * Can Christians struggle with fear?
* What if James isn’t talking about salvation of works but maturity in faith to the saved? * How does Revelation 2:5 relate to salvation?

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
