The biggest fear people face is the fear of death. The death, the burial, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ can put away that fear of death and liberate someone to experience the abundant life. “Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, he himself likewise partook of the same things, that through death he might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil …” Hebrews 2:14,15
* Why did Jesus use the word “hate” in Luke 14:26? Was he talking to women about being disciples?
