Guard Your Hearts and Minds

There’s a lot going on in the news today. There’s a lot of worry and a lot of fear. There’s all kind of fear out there. But in light of that let’s look at what the Word has to say. “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. … do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:4-7 * A caller asks if animal sacrifices will resume according to Zechariah 14:16?
* What is the difference between Christ’s identity in us vs. our identity in him?
* What does a repenting church look like? How would the church go about repenting? What are the roles and responsibilities? Who would take the lead? Revelation 1-3
* Who are the “few” in Matthew 7:14? “For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.”

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
