Our foundation is Jesus Christ and his love for us. Paul was convinced “that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38,39 As we grow in the perfect love of God we understand that “God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 * Can someone be a Christian and be of an alternate lifestyle – such as gay? * Should we make laws to curb pornography even though it’s a spiritual issue?
