Power for the Journey

We have a tough journey as believers in Christ living in this world today. But we have this truth: greater is he who lives in me than he who is in the world. And we see this in Philippians 2:12,13 “Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.” Your role is to trust, rely, and depend upon Christ to work through you. * Can pastors suffer from depression? How do we help them?
* My husband and I are considering buying our first house. What does the Bible have to say about being in debt?
* I’m having issues with my father-in-law and it’s getting between my husband and I. What is the role of my husband?
* If we are to be rewarded according to their works, how do we know what works we should be doing?

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
