Power of 8: The Reality of the Resurrection, Part 2

The resurrection impacts our daily lives. The first impact is that the resurrection means we have eternal life. The resurrection is God’s pronouncement that Jesus is the Son of God. Because of this, we can be assured that He has power over death and that he can raise us to new life… eternal life. Once we have eternal life, then we will begin to experience freedom and change in our daily life. The next impact is assurance. Life is in Jesus Christ. If you have Jesus, you have eternal life. That is assurance. It’s not just a hope, but a steadfast assurance.
