The Christ Event

It’s the greatest story that has ever been told. It’s what Richard would call “The Christ Event”. It includes the death, the burial, and the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Just as he was raised, we are raised to the newness of life when we submit our lives to him.
* As we celebrated his resurrection many lost their lives in the bombings in Sri Lanka. It’s a sad story and one that is becoming more common. That is the number of Christians being martyred simply for declaring the name of Jesus.
* How do we know the resurrection happened? “And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.” Luke 24:27 * Clay says, “A changed life today is proof of Jesus’ resurrection”. * What is the proper answer to those who ask about self-love?
* My AA sponsor just informed me that they are Jehovah’s Witness. I truly care about her and want her to know truth. How do I pray for her?
