The Love of God Poured Out

We’ve been talking about the fifteen action statements about God’s love in 1 Corinthians 13. Love is an action. “Love does not rejoice at wrong doing, but it rejoices with the truth.” Luke says for those that repent and come alive, there’s rejoicing in Heaven. Why? Because it’s a celebration of new life. This is the love of God. It’s not a feeling. It’s a fact. God demonstrated his love toward us through the cross. Love never fails – it never falls away.
