A New Commandment

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” John 13:34 This new commandment has been etched in your mind and inscribed on your heart. Love reaches down to the deepest needs and helps lift them out of those needs. God’s forgiveness for us allows us to rest in His love and serve one another in love. How do we serve others in love? Through faith in Jesus Christ. * What does 2 Peter 1:10 mean — to make your calling and election sure?
* From Hebrews 10:25, can you please explain the meaning of the phrase, “not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some.” * How does God’s love protect? 1 Corinthians 13

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
