The entire Gospel is presented in Romans 5:10: For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! In God’s rich mercy, he demonstrated his love for us at the cross of Jesus Christ. We were enemies of God because of sin but Jesus’ death removed the barrier of sin and his resurrection moved us from spiritual death to spiritual life.
