Today we’re going to look at marriage. In Matthew 19:4, 5 Jesus is asked about divorce. To answer it he goes to the beginning… He answered, “Have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female,and said, ‘Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh’? ” All of us come into the world dead spiritually. Ideally when two come together in marriage that are already complete in Christ and their spiritual needs have been met so it frees them to sever each other in love.
