A Rescue Mission

As part of the basic Gospel that we understand is that we have been transferred out of darkness and placed into God’s kingdom. In our old life we lived to gratify our desires, but we’ve been ripped from that and placed into this new place. And now we are controlled by the love of God – having an attitude of gratefulness. Colossians 1:13, 14 “He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.”
* With reference to Matthew 27, Ron says he is confused about people being raised from the dead after Jesus was crucified, and had not yet been resurrected Himself.
* Does scripture give any clear evidence that the people who are in Heaven think about us on earth? Can they see us? And will we think about those who went to hell?
* Maria asks about the “prosperity and healing” many preach and so many believe.
* What is your greatest fear? Debra answered: “being left alone – widowed and without her children”.

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
