Worship the Lord Your God

Worship is a big word. Certainly it’s a bigger concept than what most people think. It is not singing songs in a church service on Sunday. It actually is our way of life. Our form of worship is more than just music. It’s a presentation of ourselves to God for his use. Our first act of worship is when we first receive Jesus Christ as our savior. Our worship is an ongoing result of our love of God – making ourselves available to Him to reach others. That’s called our spiritual act of worship.
* Ron asks how Malachi 2 relates to 1 Peter 2:9 concerning the “royal priesthood”.
* Since forgiveness alone is not salvation and life is found only in Christ, what does “reconciled the world to Himself” mean in 2 Corinthians 5:17-19?
* Is the judgment seat of Christ in Colossians 5:10 and ongoing thing or a one-time thing at the end of our life here on earth?

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
