Self-controlled, Upright and Godly Lives

Grace is the most exciting topic to talk about in the Bible. So what does grace say about the law. This is the passage that convinced me that I’m no longer under the law. “For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say ‘No’ to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope–the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.” Titus 2 11-14 * Was Jesus always “The Son” or only when he came to earth in flesh? * Clay comments on Jesus being the God of the living not the dead. * Thorinia asks about tongues and if there always needs to be an interpreter. * Myles asks about the difference between servitude and submission.

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
