God’s Grace

Grace is a word that’s attached to the person of Jesus Christ. So when we’re talking about grace we’re really talking about Jesus. Grace really is the heart and soul of this Christian life. Most of us have heard two basic definitions of grace: grace is God’s unmerited favor and the acrostic, God’s riches at Christ’s expense. And while grace is those things, it’s so much more. I hope people can really come to that point where they say grace really is amazing. We define grace as God’s work in Jesus Christ to make us spiritually alive and to empower us to live in this world as his children. * Does forgiveness include confession? * David asks about the parable of the talents and if that applies to believers? * Tim asks how God’s compassion and mercy leads to grace.

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
