Jesus: Our Hope of Glory

Col. Paul had this to say in his letter to the Colossians. It’s something we need embrace. “Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church. … To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Our guarantee of what we have in Christ Jesus is our hope. Regardless of what surrounds us, we have Christ. * What is the main passage that points to the New Covenant? * Lucy wonders whether Adam and Eve were saved?
* Bill asks if the 10 commandments are part of the law that was replaced with the New Covenant.
* I recently lost my daughter and wondered what “absent from the body and present with the Lord” means?
