Hope: An Anchor for Our Souls

Hebrews 7:18-19 We talk about hearing, believing, and living the good news. And one of those things we have is hope. In Hebrews 7:18-19 we read: “The former regulation is set aside because it was weak and useless (for the law made nothing perfect), and a better hope is introduced, by which we draw near to God.” Hope is mentioned nearly 150 times in the Bible and Hebrews mentions is 7 times. Hope is an anchor and that anchor is in Jesus Christ and we learn than when we let God prove Him self to us.
* Does being equally yoked pertain just to our spouse or does it include friends, co workers and our employer? * How do I know what God has called me to do?
* Tony has recently converted to Christianity and is confused by the gift of tongues being used in his church. * Eugene shares that tongues was a sign for unbelievers.
