The True Grace of God

We’ve been talking about how the grace of God is more than just a covering for sin. It’s a present tense word. It’s a powerful word. It moves us into our future. Because of grace you will never be out of His favor. If your in Christ, you’re within the very favor of God. Often we equate the grace message with Paul, but even Peter preached grace. In 1 Peter 5:12 he writes: “…I have written to you briefly, encouraging you and testifying that this is the true grace of God. Stand fast in it.” and in 2 Peter 3:18 “But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.” * Can we move the hand of God by praying?
* Theresa comments: “as I draw closer to God it’s so easy to share Him” and that a burden has been lifted. * Myles asks if the earth can be likened to Dante description in his books. * “What shall we do? Shall we go on sinning?”
