A Place of Change

I meet people all the time who say, “I know God has forgiven me, but I am having a hard time forgiving myself.” Have you heard people you know say this? Maybe it’s something you are struggling with right now. If so, you are not alone. Many people find it difficult to forgive themselves. I love the quote from C.S. Lewis: “If God has forgiven us, then it seems we should forgive ourselves”. * For us to truly understand forgiveness, we need to go to the source of forgiveness. * What is the difference between legalism and church discipline? * What is the meaning of true forgiveness? * Can you explain “if you don’t forgive others your Father in Heaven won’t forgive you”? * What happens to the people who aren’t saved when they die?

About Basic Gospel

Born and raised in Marietta, Georgia, Bob grew up in a Christian home and received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 13. During his high school and college years, Bob struggled with the question of how to live the Christian life. His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info: https://basicgospel.net/about/bob-christopher/
