Freedom and Confidence

Paul wrote this in Ephesians 3:12 “In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence.” We don’t have to pretend with God or put up a front. We can simply speak our minds. And that’s freedom. Freedom from condemnation and fear. We see the same word in Hebrews 10:19 “…since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus…”. Based on the shed blood of Christ we are free indeed and we can enter into the throne room and He can extend that mercy and grace to us. * Was the promise given to Abraham just to Isaac and not Ishmael? * A Christian friend told me he plans to read the Quran, Buddhist, and other religious writings. Do you think this is OK for a Christian? * What is your opinion of the war in Israel today?

About Basic Gospel

His "roller-coaster" experience taught him that he didn't have what it took to be "God's guy." More info:
